With its traditional Windsor shape, and the modernity of its steel spindles and stretcher, Exchange brings a fresh aesthetic to the hotel scheme.

Amancook Restaurant China, Muse Design Awards 2021

The Muse Design Awards is an international competition for designers whose craftsmanship shift paradigms. This year Amancook Restaurant received the "Gold Winner" in the ‘Interior Design/ Restaurants and Bars’ category at Muse Design Awards 2021. The restaurant is located in the Airport Terminal of Dongguan, China which provides a comfortable yet modern shed for all busy passengers. Its interior was conceived in a simplistic style using ordinary material and fine crafts, materializing the abstract Malevich plane composition painting and turning it stereoscopic, expressing and revisiting a pure and introspective mentality. The modern flair of the classic Wohlert Piano Chair, originally designed by Vilhelm Wohlert and re-edited by Stellar Works, is elegantly juxtaposed to the sleek modern interiors of the restaurant and showcase the Danish design master’s "less-is-more" ethos.
